Exercare Fitness Center - Unity Hospital
Exercare is dedicated to improving physical fitness for everyone. Individuals will meet one to one with a fitness staff member to discuss goals and get orientated to equipment. This is a professionally supervised exercise program. Members work independently but have access to fitness staff for questions.
Hours: 6:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Thursday; 6:30 a.m-3:30 p.m. Friday.
