Aquatics and Swim Classes

A wide variety of aquatics and learn to swim classes are offered in accessible warm-water pools at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute locations in Golden Valley, Minneapolis and Stillwater. Personalized one-to-one programs also are offered.

Classes are available for people of all ages and abilities, and include specialty classes such as Arthritis Exercise, Prenatal Splash, Neuro Splash, Aqua Tot and many more.
