Best part of my work: I love when I can educate and change a behavior that may be harming a patient. For example, sharing how much sugar is in a can of pop and hearing my patient has stopped drinking pop and are losing weight as a result.
Why I became a provider: I became a provider to help people and I am fascinated by how the human body works.
What I tell friends and family: You are what you eat! Stay hydrated, especially in the mountains with hiking, biking or skiing.
How I spend my free time: I enjoy traveling, walking my dog, training for small races and triathlons, going for long bike rides or even week-long bike trips.
