Elizabeth Hoffman, PA-C, MPAS

Elizabeth Hoffman, PA-C, MPAS, is credentialed by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants), she attained her bachelor degree in physiology in 2000 from the University of Minnesota, and graduated from Augsburg Physician Assistant program in 2002. She attained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2005. Beth has been a physician assistant with the Minneapolis Heart Institute Heart Rhythm Management Team since 2008. She came to MHI from the Metropolitan Cardiology Consultants where she worked from 2005-2008. Her work history also includes HCMC Emergency Express Care from 2007-2008, as well as the Minnesota Heart Clinic from 2002-2005. As part of the Heart Rhythm Management Team, Beth provides cardiac electrophysiology care for patients in the hospital and clinic setting, and performs direct current cardioversions and tilt table studies. She has been actively engaged in community events speaking about living with atrial fibrillation, and irregular heart rhythms.
