Elizabeth Hunt, BSN, MSN

Elizabeth Hunt, RN, MSN, FNP, is credentialed through the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) as a family nurse practitioner, she completed her BSN (bachelor of science in nursing) in ­­­1991 at Winona State University, and MSN (Master of science in nursing) in 2000 at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has worked as a nurse practitioner with the Minneapolis Heart Institute since August of 2000, Beth initially worked in general cardiology, and has been exclusively with the heart rhythm management team since 2004. Her previous experience includes working at the Mayo Medical Center in Rochester from 1989 to 2000. As part of the Heart Rhythm Management Team, Beth provides cardiac electrophysiology care for patients in the clinic and hospital setting. As the heart rhythm management team’s first advanced practice provider she has a long established rapport with many of her patients. She is passionate about teaching her patients and has been involved in the development of patient education tools.
