I have a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and am a licensed psychologist. I have professional interests in insomnia, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactiviy Disorder (ADHD), stress management and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Best part of my work: seeing patients become healthier and stronger people and able to manage and overcome their symptoms, illnesses or stress in their lives.
Why I became a psychologist: My mother taught me to be compassionate towards all people which contributed to my desire to help those facing emotional, behavioral and psychological challenges.
What I tell friends and family: Take time to take care of yourself on a daily basis and take time to “recharge your batteries”.
How I spend my free time: Spending time with family, gardening and enjoying my cats. I’m a fan of the Twins, Vikings and Timberwolves.
