Something I have learned from my patients is: everyone has different goals and expectations surrounding their personal health. Listening to each patient and working together to navigate a path to a healthy, meaningful lifestyle is what matters most.
One of the challenges of my career that I enjoy is: that there's always something new to learn. Medicine is always changing and it’s exciting to share information and medical advances that make life a little easier for individuals.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: community event organizer. I love people, activities and trying new things!
My favorite health advice is: to always keep moving! No matter how you decide to move or exercise, make it fun and try new challenges to keep yourself interested.
