Carlson can help people improve their relationship with food, and help stop the chronic dieting cycle. She also has a special interest in sports and performance nutrition.
As someone who has managed an autoimmune thyroid condition through an integrative approach, she personally understands how frustrated and hopeless one can become when health is a constant battle. She wants to help patients on their journey to regain their health.
