I am a licensed psychologist specializing in psychotherapy and psychological assessment. I have professional interests in depression, anxiety, stress management, life transition issues, and psychological testing and evaluation for diagnostic purposes; ADHD (ages 14 and up), and a variety of other issues and concerns. Additional professional interests include anger management, personality disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues, career development, recovery from addictions, emotion management, mindfulness, trauma, men's and women's groups, and hypnosis for a variety of issues and concerns.

Practice philosophy: With over ten years of experience, I have provided individual, couples and group therapy in outpatient, hospital and correctional settings to a wide, diverse population of patients of all ages. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach that is blended with other therapy models to meet the unique needs of the individual.
Best part of my work: Helping patient's gain a clear understanding of their issue or problem, collaboratively developing goals, and guiding the patient to wellness.
Why I became a provider: I believe that we all need balance in our lives biologically, psychologically and socially. Guiding patients to wellness in their psychological arena has always been a passion for me. I have the desire to help individuals become the best they can be.
