What I have learned from patients: Every person’s journey is unique and something that works for one person may not work for another person. I listen and learn about what each patient needs.

The best thing I have done for my health: Through the years, I have learned how important self-care is for me, through regular exercise, healthy eating, meditation, reading a book, getting enough sleep or sitting outside listening to nature.
