Why I became a physician: My interests have always been in the sciences, and with a desire to help people, those interests, have led to a passion for healthcare and disease management. I was drawn to the role of physician because of the patient interactions, autonomy of the position, and the extensive training needed to be a leader in healthcare. Throughout my medical training, I have found it to be an absolute privilege to meet patients, develop treatment plans, and aid in coordination of their care. We will always need good physicians, and I hope to one-day fill that need.

Fun fact about myself: I did not fly in an airplane until I was 29 years old!

How I like to spend my free time: I enjoy spending family time with my new son, Wesley, my wife, Laura, and our dog, Zoey.
