Why I became a physician: My mom is a nurse and my dad is a radiology technician. It was my frequent observations of the satisfaction they had in patient care that kept my interest in healthcare strong.
What I tell my friends and family: Make sure you understand the plans your physician has for what needs to be done. It's sometimes just as important to know what does not need to be done so that the best outcomes are achieved.
How I spend my free time: Spending time with my family, sporting events, reading.
