Robert P. McCabe, MD

I received my undergraduate degree from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, then attended the Ohio State University College of Medicine. This was followed by internship and residency at the University of Cincinnati.

I then moved to St. Louis where I completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Washington University /Barnes Hospital.

I have been active in research into the causes and treatment of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. I have authored several journal articles and book chapters dealing with inflammatory bowel disease.

I am board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology. My memberships include the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Physicians and the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
