Best part of my work: Nothing makes me happier than seeing my patient reaching their health goal, whether that goal is eating healthier, controlling their blood pressure or diabetes, or just feeling better in general.
What I tell my friends and family: Remember what your mother told you: go to bed, get your sleep, eat your fruits and vegetables and go outside and play. This is what keeps you healthy!
How I spend my free time: I enjoy hopping on my bicycle and riding the bike trails. I also enjoy traveling, skiing and yoga.
