Mark Roa is a licensed psychologist and certified biofeedback therapist at the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing and with Allina Health Mental Health.
He has been providing psychotherapy and biofeedback therapy for individuals, pain rehabilitation teams and integrative medicine teams for 29 years. Biofeedback uses computerized feedback with coaching to help individuals regain control of their mind and body’s response to stress, anxiety, injury, disease and pain conditions.
His goal is to provide an individualized, highly meaningful and effective therapy experience for each participant. His special interests include pain management, adjustment to chronic conditions, loss related health issues, depression, anxiety, and the application of biofeedback for stress, anxiety, disease, and pain problems.
