Why I became a physician: I have always enjoyed working with children and parents. I chose to become a pediatrician to help children and families improve their physical, mental and emotional health.
What I tell my friends and family: Get plenty of sleep. Get exercise by participating in activities you enjoy. Eat healthy. Limit screen time (TV, computer, phone and ipod).

Favorite health tip: For children to learn and be healthy, they must get enough sleep.
