Why I became a nurse practitioner: I grew up in a family with doctors and nurses. I saw their dedication in serving their patients with their health concerns and decided that I would like to follow that path for my life's work.
How I spend my free time: Spending time with my husband and three children, gardening in the summer, traveling, attending musical and theater events, going to our cabin in the summer.

Favorite health tip: Try to achieve a balance in life. Eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, enjoy time off from work, go in regularly for checkups and maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor. Get emotional support for yourself as you navigate changes in life.
Practice philosophy: My practice style is focused on providing up-to-date, comprehensive health care services through caring and supportive relationships with my patients and families.
