I am a certified physician assistant with professional interests in women's health, travel medicine and preventive care. 

My care team partner is Majken Schwartz, MD. As a care team, one physician and one advance practice clinician share a patient's care and actively manage and deliver care together.

I am passionate about: traveling, because you not only learn more about the world and the people in it, but ultimately you learn more about who you are when you take yourself out of your routine.

If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: road race director, so I could promote running to the masses because the world is too spectacular to watch through a window.

I became a provider because: I wanted to commit to serving others as part of a team and connect with human beings on a personal level.

One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is: educating patients on the physician assistant profession. I believe PAs allow for easier patient access, extension of care quality and a diversified approach to medicine. I love what I do!

My personal health goal is: incorporating exercise into my daily routine.

The best health advice I've received is: "Staying healthy is a lifelong endeavor - make every day count."

One of my favorite personal achievements is: running the Boston Marathon in 2003. I have completed 10 marathons total.

My favorite memory is: sailing into the New York Harbor on the Queen Mary II with my husband at the end of our transatlantic crossing.
